What is the setup fee for?+
The one-time setup fee covers the full design and build of your website — from initial design concepts and copywriting to development, testing, and going live. It's a fixed, transparent cost with no hidden extras.
Can I cancel my monthly plan anytime?+
Yes, absolutely. There are no lock-in contracts on any of our monthly plans. You can cancel with 30 days' notice at any time. Your website files will always remain yours.
Is the setup fee waived on annual plans?+
Yes! If you commit to a 12-month plan upfront, we waive the one-time setup fee entirely — saving you between $199 and $499 depending on the plan you choose.
What does a "monthly content update" include?+
A monthly update covers text changes, image swaps, new sections, blog posts, or any reasonable content refresh. Just send us what you need and we'll handle it — usually within 1–2 business days.
How does the template & design process work for Solo and Growth?+
For Solo and Growth plans, you pick a design from our existing template library as the starting point. From there, we customise it with your brand colours, logo, images, and copy. During the setup process, you get up to 3 rounds of revisions to get the design just right. Once you're happy and sign off, the site goes live. Any changes beyond the 3 iterations are treated as content updates under your monthly plan.
Can I upgrade my plan later?+
Absolutely. You can upgrade from Solo → Growth → Pro at any time. We'll credit your previous payments and only charge the difference. Upgrading to Bespoke starts a custom scoping conversation with our team.
What's the difference between a Bespoke plan and Pro?+
Pro is a fixed plan covering up to 10 pages, advanced SEO, AI chat and a blog. Bespoke is for businesses with unique needs — think custom AI agents, telephony systems, complex CRM integrations, or multi-system automation. We scope it together and price it accordingly.
Do you offer a money-back guarantee?+
Yes. Once you've approved the final design and your website is live, we stand behind our work. If your site experiences functional issues (broken features, forms not working, etc.) or performance issues after launch, we'll fix them promptly — and if we can't resolve them, we'll refund your setup fee. Note: the guarantee applies after sign-off on the agreed design, not for change-of-mind requests beyond the 3 included iterations.
Who is responsible for the domain name?+
Domain registration and purchase is your business's responsibility — we don't purchase or own domains on your behalf. If you're getting a new domain, we recommend buying it through a registrar like Crazy Domains, GoDaddy, or Namecheap. If you already have an existing domain, we can configure it to point to your new site — but we'll need your help accessing the domain registrar account to make the necessary DNS changes.
What support is included?+
All plans include email support with our Australian-based team. Growth and above get priority email (faster response times). Pro and above add live chat support. Bespoke clients get a dedicated account manager as their single point of contact.
