TALATA was founded by three people who still work in enterprise IT. Between them, they've delivered Salesforce transformations for telcos, utilities and financial institutions — and all three kept noticing the same gap closer to home.
Sole traders, tradies, small shops, and growing SMBs were stuck with clunky, outdated websites that did nothing for their business. When they tried to get something better, digital agencies quoted them thousands of dollars upfront — just for a basic site. The quality rarely matched the price, and the ongoing costs never seemed to stop.
It didn't add up. The technology existed to build beautiful, high-performing websites at a fraction of the traditional cost. The trio saw an opportunity: use AI to handle the heavy lifting — design, content, optimisation — and pass the savings directly on to the businesses that needed it most.
That's how TALATA was born — a digital services company built by enterprise IT professionals, for the businesses that enterprise IT has always ignored.
